An Act Establishing a Referendum to Determine Student Support for an Expansion of EZ Charge

WHEREAS the Missouri Students Association Senate is charged to look out for the best interests of the student body, and

WHEREAS a number of students have expressed interest in being able to EZ Charge at local businesses, and

WHEREAS a good way to assess the level of interest in such an opportunity would be to ask the student body as a whole, and

WHEREAS it would behoove us as Senators to investigate this matter as soon as possible, and

WHEREAS the Senate election to be held March 22-24 provides an opportunity to establish such a referendum without the need for an additional ballot.

THEREFORE be it enacted that a referendum should be held on March 22-24, 2010 to determine student support for an expansion of EZ Charge off campus.
