WHEREAS, Each graduate and undergraduate academic college is associated with a Divisional Student Council that receives student fees, and
WHEREAS, As of December 9, 4 Divisional Student Councils have requested an increase in funding for Fiscal Year 2010, and
WHEREAS, As of December 9, 5 Divisional Student Councils have requested to maintain their current funding levels for Fiscal Year 2010, and
WHEREAS, As of December 9, no Divisional Student Council that has requested an increase has provided a proposed FY10 budget, and
WHEREAS, Divisional Student Councils will receive increased funding for FY10 even at their current student fee levels as a result of increased enrollment.
THEREFORE, Be it resolved that Divisional Student Council Fee receive no increase to its current funding of $1.60 per student per semester for Fiscal Year 2010, and
THEREFORE, Be it further resolved that each Divisional Student Council receives a proportional increase in FY10 revenue based on the individual college’s increase in 2009-2010 enrollment, and
THEREFORE, Be it further resolved that each Divisional Student Council shall retain the whole of its carryover at the end of each fiscal year.
